Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL lintel measuring 2100mm (6ft 11in) length, designed for wide inner leaf cavity walls.
Extra heavy duty load capacity for robust support of structural openings.
Suitable for cavity widths between 90mm and 105mm (3.5" - 4.1") and inner leaf blockwork 125-150mm (4.9" - 5.9") wide.
Recommended propping during installation to ensure safe, efficient construction progress.
Inner leaf block must not overhang lintel flange by more than 25mm; blockwork must be built tight against lintel's inner face.

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL 2100mm lintel is an extra heavy duty solution designed specifically for cavity wall construction with a wide inner leaf. Trusted by builders and contractors, it provides dependable structural support for openings such as doors and windows where cavity widths range between 90mm and 105mm. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in load-bearing cavity walls featuring a wide inner leaf blockwork of 125mm to 150mm thickness. It effectively supports masonry above openings while ensuring even load distribution onto the blockwork. To maintain structural integrity, it is essential to prop the lintel during installation and to build the inner leaf blockwork tightly against the lintel’s inner face. Additionally, a mortar bed should be laid on top of the blockwork before installing floor units to spread the load evenly.
