Details

The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL 1950mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel tailored for builders and contractors working on robust structural projects. Specifically designed to support cavity widths from 90 to 105mm, it provides dependable load-bearing capacity where wide inner leaf blockwork is used. Please note that the inner leaf block must not exceed a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange.

Application

Ideal for cavity wall construction where openings require substantial support, this lintel is suited for use with 125-150mm wide inner leaf blockwork. It offers reliable strength for doorways, windows, and other structural apertures in both residential and commercial projects. To ensure safe and efficient installation, lintels should be propped during construction. Additionally, blockwork must be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
