The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL 1500mm lintel is engineered for extra heavy duty cavity wall applications, supporting openings where cavity widths range from 90 to 105mm. Ideal for builders and site managers working with 125-150mm wide inner leaf blockwork, this lintel offers robust structural support tailored to demanding projects. Please note that installation guidelines and load specifications should be followed carefully to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is designed specifically for cavity walls featuring a wide inner leaf. It supports the weight above openings such as doors and windows in blockwork constructions, ensuring structural integrity on serious builds. Proper installation includes propping the lintel to speed up construction and laying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before floor units are placed to distribute loads evenly. Inner leaf blocks must be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, with no more than 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange.
