The Keystone CFS/K-90 WIL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 1050mm is engineered to provide robust support for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. It’s specifically designed for builders, contractors, and site managers working on demanding projects where reliability and structural integrity are critical. Application

This lintel is ideal for spanning openings in cavity walls where the cavity measures between 90mm and 105mm. It supports inner leaf blockwork between 125mm and 150mm in width, ensuring the load above openings is safely transferred. To maintain build quality and speed, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Mortar bedding should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution. Ensure the inner leaf blockwork does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm for optimal performance.
