The Keystone CFS/K-70 WOL 1050mm lintel is an extra heavy duty solution designed specifically for cavity walls with a 70-85mm cavity and a wide outer leaf of 125-150mm blockwork. Built for builders and contractors handling substantial structural loads, this lintel ensures reliable support over openings where strength and durability are critical. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where a wider outer leaf requires robust support over openings such as doors and large windows. It is commonly specified on commercial and residential projects where load-bearing capacity is paramount. The lintel must be installed with the outer leaf blockwork built tight against its inner face, and it is best practice to prop lintels temporarily during installation to maintain alignment and speed up build times. A mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
