The Keystone CFS/K-70 WIL is a robust extra heavy-duty cavity wall lintel, specifically engineered for wide inner leaf blockwork in cavity widths of 70-85mm. Ideal for builders and contractors working on demanding structural openings, this 600mm lintel ensures dependable support for serious projects. Application

This lintel is primarily used to span openings in cavity walls where the inner leaf blockwork measures between 125 and 150mm thick. It is designed to carry heavy structural loads over doorways, windows, and other apertures in masonry construction. To achieve optimal performance, the inner leaf block should not extend beyond the lintel flange by more than 25mm. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to speed up construction and ensure safety. Additionally, placing a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps distribute loads evenly across the lintel.
