Details

The Keystone CFS/K-70 WIL 3450mm lintel is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for wide inner leaf constructions. It’s ideal for builders, contractors and site managers who require a strong, dependable lintel to support openings in cavity walls with inner leaf blockwork between 125 and 150mm wide. Please note that bricks or blockwork are sold separately.

Application

This lintel is engineered to carry heavy structural loads across cavity walls with a cavity width of 70-85mm. It is commonly used over window and door openings in residential and commercial projects where a robust support is essential. For optimal performance, ensure the inner leaf blockwork does not extend beyond 25mm over the lintel flange. Propping the lintel during construction is advised to maintain speed and safety on site. Mortar bedding should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute load.
