The Keystone CFS/K-50 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 4800mm, engineered specifically for supporting wide outer leaf blockwork in serious building projects. It is designed for professional builders, site managers, and contractors requiring a reliable solution for openings where cavity widths range between 50 and 65mm. Please note, outer leaf blocks should not extend beyond 25mm over the lintel flange to maintain structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls with a wide outer leaf blockwork thickness of 125 to 150mm. It provides robust support over openings such as doorways and large window frames, especially where heavy loads demand extra strength. Builders should prop lintels during construction to facilitate faster build times and ensure safe load transfer. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork is essential before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly across the lintel.
