Details

The Keystone CFS/K-50 WOL 3750mm lintel is an extra heavy duty solution engineered to support cavity wall openings where the outer leaf blockwork is between 125mm and 150mm wide. This lintel is ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors requiring reliable structural support for wide outer leaf cavity walls in serious building projects. Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with a wide outer leaf and cavity widths ranging from 50mm to 65mm. It supports large openings such as doors or windows in blockwork walls, ensuring load distribution above these apertures. The outer leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity. To optimise build speed and safety, propping the lintel during installation is recommended. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units ensures even load transfer.
