The Keystone CFS/K-50 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, specifically engineered to support openings in cavity walls with a 50-65mm wide cavity and a 125-150mm wide outer leaf. Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers handling demanding structural jobs, this lintel offers dependable load-bearing capacity and long-term performance. Please note, outer leaf blocks must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure correct installation.

Application

This lintel is suited to cavity wall construction where wide outer leaf blockwork is used. It provides robust support for window and door openings, carrying extra heavy loads safely and efficiently. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to maintain alignment and speed up build times. Mortar beds should be placed on top of blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads across the lintel.
