Specifically made for cavity walls with 50-65mm cavity width and 125-150mm wide outer leaf blockwork.
Constructed to support wide outer leaf openings reliably on demanding projects.
Ensure outer leaf blockwork does not overhang lintel flange by more than 25mm for optimal performance.
Lintel must be propped during installation to speed up construction and ensure safety.

The Keystone CFS/K-50 WOL Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel at 1950mm length is engineered for contractors and site professionals needing robust support for wide outer leaf cavity walls. Ideal for structural openings where cavity widths range between 50 and 65mm, this lintel offers the strength and reliability essential for heavy-duty applications. Please note, outer leaf blocks are not included and must not exceed a 25mm overhang beyond the lintel flange.

Application

This lintel is designed to carry substantial loads across cavity wall openings with outer leaf blockwork widths of 125-150mm. It is commonly used in residential and commercial builds where wide outer leaf construction is specified. For best results, ensure blockwork is tightly butted against the inner face of the lintel and a mortar bed is applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load. Propping the lintel during installation is recommended to maintain structural integrity and accelerate build times.
