The Keystone CFS/K-50 WIL 900mm lintel is an extra heavy duty structural support designed specifically for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. Ideal for builders and site managers working on robust projects, this lintel reliably supports openings where cavity widths range from 50 to 65mm, providing peace of mind for demanding builds. Application

This lintel is commonly used to span openings in cavity walls with inner leaf blockwork thickness between 125mm and 150mm. It is designed to carry significant loads, making it suitable for residential and commercial projects requiring extra heavy duty support. To maintain structural integrity and meet best practice, the inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm. Propping during installation is recommended to help speed up construction and ensure the lintel remains stable until the mortar sets properly. Additionally, a mortar bed should be laid on top of the blockwork before placing floor units to distribute the load evenly.
