The Keystone CFS/K-50 WIL 3900mm lintel is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to support wide inner leaf blockwork openings in cavity walls with widths between 50mm and 65mm. This robust lintel is ideal for builders and contractors working on demanding structural projects where durability and load capacity are critical. Please note, proper installation is vital to performance, and the inner leaf block must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls featuring a wide inner leaf blockwork thickness of 125-150mm. It provides dependable support for window and door openings, ensuring structural integrity under extra heavy loads. Builders should prop lintels during installation to facilitate faster, safer construction. Mortar beds are recommended on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads.
