The Keystone CFS/K-50 WIL 3750mm is an extra heavy duty lintel engineered for cavity walls with wide inner leaves. It is the trusted choice for builders and site managers requiring reliable, high-strength support over openings where cavity widths range between 50 and 65mm. This lintel is specifically designed to accommodate 125-150mm thick inner leaf blockwork. Please note that the inner leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure optimal load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where extra heavy duty load support is essential, such as in large window or door openings on commercial or residential projects. It provides robust structural integrity for wide inner leaf walls, supporting brickwork or blockwork above openings without compromising safety or performance. To maintain construction efficiency and safety, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load across the lintel.
