The Keystone CFS/K-50 WIL 3600mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, expertly engineered for wide inner leaf cavity walls with widths between 50 and 65mm. Perfect for builders, contractors, and site managers working on robust structural openings, this lintel offers reliable support for 125-150mm thick blockwork inner leaves. Application

This lintel is specifically designed to support heavy loads over openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls where the inner leaf is wider than standard. It is suitable for use in brick and block construction with inner leaf blockwork measuring 125-150mm thick. To ensure optimal performance and safety on site, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation to accelerate build times and secure the structure. The inner leaf blockwork should be built tight against the lintel’s inner face, with no more than a 25mm overhang on the lintel flange. A mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly.
