The Keystone CFS/K-50 WIL 2550mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered specifically for wide inner leaf applications. Suited to builders, contractors, and site managers requiring reliable support for openings where cavity widths range between 50 and 65mm, this lintel offers robust performance for demanding structural projects. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall constructions featuring an inner leaf blockwork thickness of 125-150mm. It is designed to carry heavy loads over doorways, windows, and similar openings where structural integrity is paramount. To ensure optimal installation, the inner leaf block should not project more than 25mm beyond the lintel flange, and it is advisable to prop the lintel during construction to maintain safety and speed up the build process. Mortar beds should be applied atop the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly across the lintel.
