Application

This lintel is tailored for use in cavity walls where the inner leaf is 125-150mm thick, commonly found in residential and commercial developments requiring strong load support over doors, windows, or other openings. It supports blockwork tightly built against its inner face and is designed to carry extra heavy loads safely. Propping the lintel during construction is recommended to maintain structural integrity and speed up build times. A mortar bed on top of the blockwork prior to laying floor units ensures even load distribution across the lintel.
