The Keystone CFS/K-50 WIL 1950mm lintel is engineered for tradespeople and site managers requiring robust, extra heavy duty support for cavity wall openings. Ideal for use where cavity widths range between 50 and 65mm and the inner leaf blockwork measures 125 to 150mm wide, this lintel delivers dependable structural integrity on serious building projects. Please note, lintels must be propped during installation to maintain safety and speed up construction.

Application

This cavity wall lintel is specifically designed to bear heavy loads over window or door openings in cavity walls with a wide inner leaf. It is widely used in both commercial and residential developments where enhanced load capacity is essential. The lintel flange should not be overhung by more than 25mm by the inner leaf blockwork to ensure proper support. When installing, blockwork should be placed firmly against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed applied on top before laying floor units to provide an even distribution of weight.
