The Keystone CFS/K-50 is a premium extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, measuring 3300mm in length, purpose-built for builders and contractors requiring dependable support over wide openings. Suitable for cavity widths between 50 and 65mm, this lintel offers robust load distribution essential for structural integrity on demanding projects. Please note that proper bedding and propping are necessary for optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is engineered to support heavy loads above large cavity wall openings such as windows and doors on commercial and residential sites. It is ideal where enhanced strength is needed to accommodate substantial structural weight, ensuring safety and durability. Mortar should be applied to all perpendicular and horizontal joints, and a mortar bed laid on top of the blockwork before placing floor units to guarantee even load transfer. Propping during installation is recommended to maintain stability and speed up construction.
