Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WOL 900mm lintel is an extra heavy duty steel support designed specifically for cavity walls with wide outer leaves. It’s the trusted choice for builders, site managers, and contractors working on substantial structural openings where reliability and compliance with cavity dimensions between 150 and 165mm is essential. Please note, images are for illustration purposes only.

Application

Ideal for supporting openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls with an outer leaf thickness of 125-150mm. The lintel’s design ensures it can handle heavy loads safely, making it suitable for residential and commercial builds where structural integrity is a priority. Ensure that blockwork is built tight to the lintel’s inner face and that a mortar bed is applied above the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly. Propping lintels during installation is recommended to speed up construction and maintain stability.
