The Keystone CFS/K-150 WOL 4350mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for builders and contractors working with wide outer leaf blockwork. It offers reliable support for openings with cavity widths between 150mm and 165mm, making it an excellent choice for structurally demanding projects where strength and durability are critical. Please note, images are for illustration only and the outer leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls requiring wide outer leaf support, particularly where heavy loads are present above openings such as doors and windows. It is suited for use with 125-150mm wide outer leaf blockwork and is commonly specified on commercial and residential developments needing robust structural elements. For optimal performance, it is recommended to prop lintels during construction to speed up the build process safely. Additionally, blockwork should be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before installing floor units to ensure even load distribution.
