Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel specifically engineered to support wide outer leaf blockwork in serious construction projects. Designed for cavity widths between 150 and 165mm, this 3450mm long lintel offers robust structural support for openings requiring high load capacity. Please note the outer leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and propping is recommended to speed up construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on cavity wall builds with outer leaf blocks between 125 and 150mm wide. It provides dependable support for window and door openings where an extra heavy duty load-bearing solution is needed. To ensure maximum performance, blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top before floor units are laid to evenly distribute loads.
