Please note, this lintel should be properly propped during installation to maintain structural integrity.

Application

Used primarily in cavity wall construction where the outer leaf blockwork is wider than standard, this lintel supports lintelled openings such as doors and windows. Its extra heavy duty rating ensures it can handle significant load-bearing requirements typical on larger-scale residential or commercial developments. Propping is advised to expedite construction and secure the lintel during blockwork placement. Mortar bedding should be applied on top of the blockwork before floor units are laid to evenly distribute the load across the lintel.
