Designed for extra heavy duty load-bearing applications in cavity widths of 150-165mm.
Supports 125-150mm thick outer leaf blockwork with a maximum 25mm overhang on the flange.
Recommended propping speeds construction and ensures structural reliability on serious projects.
Blockwork should be built tight to the inner face of the lintel with a mortar bed on top before floor units are laid.

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 2700mm in length, specifically engineered for supporting wide outer leaf blockwork in cavity widths between 150 and 165mm. This product is designed for builders, contractors, and site managers who need a robust lintel solution for demanding structural openings. Please note, outer leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain proper support.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where a wider outer leaf is required, typically 125-150mm thick blockwork. It provides dependable support for openings such as windows and doors in residential and commercial developments. To ensure optimal performance and speed up site progress, it is recommended that the lintel is propped during installation. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before floor units are laid to distribute loads evenly across the lintel.
