Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WOL 1800mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty solution designed for cavity walls with wide outer leaf blockwork. Built to support openings where cavity widths range from 150 to 165mm, it offers the strength and reliability needed on serious building projects. Please note, the outer leaf blockwork thickness should be between 125 and 150mm, and blocks must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

This lintel is commonly used by builders and site managers to span wide cavity wall openings such as window and door frames in residential and commercial masonry construction. It is engineered to carry extra heavy loads, making it suitable where robust support is essential. For best results and safety, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation to speed up construction and ensure load is properly transferred.
