The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 900mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for reliable support over openings where cavity widths range between 150 and 165mm. Specifically designed for use with wide inner leaf blockwork, this lintel offers robust structural integrity for demanding building projects. Please note, inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for builders, site managers, and contractors working on cavity wall constructions requiring strong lintel support for window and door openings. It is particularly suited to walls with a wide inner leaf of 125-150mm blockwork, providing essential strength to carry heavy loads above openings. For optimal performance and safety, it is recommended to prop the lintel during installation to maintain structural stability and accelerate build times. Mortar should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution across the lintel.
