The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 4350mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for wide inner leaf walls with cavity widths between 150 and 165mm. Designed specifically for builders, contractors, and site managers working on substantial structural openings, this lintel delivers dependable support where strength and reliability are critical.

Application

This lintel is typically installed above large window or door openings in cavity walls, supporting inner leaf blockwork that is 125-150mm thick. The lintel flange should not be overhung by more than 25mm by the blockwork to ensure correct load transfer. For best results, prop the lintel during construction to maintain alignment and speed up the build process. A mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before placing floor units to provide an even distribution of load.
