The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 4000mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for structural openings in wide inner leaf blockwork. Suited to builders, contractors and site managers working on demanding projects, it offers dependable load-bearing performance where robust support is critical. Please note, lintels should be propped during installation to maintain build speed and stability.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity walls with inner leaf widths between 150 and 165mm. It supports openings where extra heavy duty load capacity is required, such as large window or door frames. The lintel accommodates 125-150mm wide blockwork with a maximum flange overhang of 25mm, ensuring a secure fit and even load distribution. Best practice includes placing a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to spread the load evenly.
