Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 3750mm lintel is an extra heavy duty structural support designed for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. Intended for professional builders, contractors and site managers handling serious projects, this lintel ensures reliable load distribution across openings with cavity widths between 150 and 165mm. Please note the image is for illustration purposes only and technical support is available via our sales team.

Application

This lintel is specifically engineered to span openings where the inner leaf blockwork is between 125 and 150mm thick, commonly found in modern cavity wall constructions. It provides robust support for lintelled openings such as doors and windows, maintaining structural integrity under extra heavy duty loads. To ensure optimal performance and speed of construction, it is advisable to prop the lintel during installation. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before laying floor units further aids even load distribution.
