The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 3000mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, engineered for use by builders, site managers, and contractors working on substantial structural openings. Designed to support cavity widths between 150 and 165mm, this lintel delivers reliable performance for wide inner leaf blockwork projects. Please note, lintels should be propped during installation to ensure safe and efficient construction.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings such as windows and doors in cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork ranging from 125 to 150mm in width. It is crucial that the inner leaf blockwork does not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity. Builders should ensure blockwork is built tight against the inner face of the lintel and apply a mortar bed on top before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads across the lintel.
