The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 2400mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for builders and contractors working with wide inner leaf blockwork. Its robust construction ensures reliable support for openings with cavity widths between 150 and 165mm, making it a dependable choice for demanding structural applications. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls where the inner leaf blockwork measures 125-150mm wide. It supports doorways, window openings, and other structural voids requiring extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity. To ensure optimal performance, inner leaf blockwork should be built tight against the lintel face, with no more than a 25mm overhang on the flange. Proper propping during installation is advised to maintain structural integrity and speed up construction. A mortar bed should be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute loads.
