The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 1800mm in length, engineered specifically for use with wide inner leaf blockwork. This lintel is a dependable choice for builders, site managers and contractors working on substantial openings where cavity widths range between 150 and 165mm. Please note, the lintel is designed for inner leaf blocks between 125 and 150mm wide and should be installed with care to ensure proper support.

Application

Ideal for structural openings such as doors and windows in cavity walls with wide inner leaves, this lintel supports heavy loads reliably. It is essential to prop the lintel during installation to maintain construction speed and safety. Blockwork must be built tightly against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed applied on top before floor units are laid to ensure even load distribution across the opening.
