Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WIL 1050mm lintel is an extra heavy duty structural support designed specifically for cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork. Built to handle demanding loads, this lintel is a dependable choice for builders, site managers, and contractors working on robust construction projects where reliability is non-negotiable. Please note, inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is engineered to span openings in cavity walls with inner leaf widths between 125mm and 150mm, supporting heavy structural loads effectively. It is ideal for use above windows, doors, and other openings in residential or commercial masonry builds where a wide inner leaf is specified. For best results, ensure the lintel is propped during installation to facilitate safe and efficient construction. The blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed laid on top before placing floor units to evenly distribute weight.
