The Keystone CFS/K-150 750mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to provide strong, reliable support for structural openings such as windows and doors in cavity walls with widths between 150mm and 165mm. Designed with trade professionals in mind, this lintel ensures consistent load distribution and durability on demanding projects. Please note, lintels should be installed with mortar-filled joints and a mortar bed beneath to guarantee optimum performance.

Application

This lintel is typically used in cavity wall construction where high load-bearing capacity is required, such as supporting brick or blockwork above openings in residential or commercial buildings. It is particularly suitable for contractors and site managers working on projects demanding extra heavy duty structural elements. Proper installation includes fully filling all perpendicular and horizontal joints with mortar and placing a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units. To maintain safety and speed up build times, propping the lintel during installation is strongly advised.
