The Keystone CFS/K-130 WOL 4800mm is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for contractors and site managers working on substantial cavity wall builds. It’s purpose-built to support wide outer leaf blockwork with cavity widths between 130 and 145mm, providing dependable structural strength for serious projects. Please note, the outer leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain correct load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where wider outer leaf blocks are specified, typically between 125mm and 150mm in width. It provides robust support over openings such as doors and windows, capable of bearing extra heavy loads. Best practice includes propping the lintel during installation to ensure safety and speed on site. Mortar bedding should be applied atop the blockwork before laying floor units to achieve an even spread of load across the lintel.
