Application

This lintel is ideally suited for supporting large openings such as windows and doors in cavity walls with a wide outer leaf. It ensures even load distribution over the opening, helping to maintain structural integrity. Proper installation requires the outer leaf blockwork to be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, with a mortar bed placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute loads evenly. To facilitate safe and efficient construction, propping of the lintel during installation is recommended.
