Details

The Keystone CFS/K-130 WOL 4200mm lintel is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to support openings in wide cavity walls, specifically designed for blocks with outer leaf widths between 125 and 150mm. This product is ideal for builders and site managers handling demanding structural projects requiring reliable load distribution and robust performance.

Important: Outer leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm. It is also recommended that lintels are propped during installation to facilitate construction speed and safety.

Application

This lintel is engineered for use in cavity walls with a cavity width of 130-145mm, providing extra heavy duty support over openings such as doors and windows. It is suitable for use with wide outer leaf blockwork, ensuring strong load-bearing capacity for structural stability. Builders should ensure blockwork is built tightly against the inner face of the lintel and apply a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
