The Keystone CFS/K-130 WOL lintel is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for wide outer leaf blockwork, making it an excellent choice for builders and contractors tackling demanding structural openings. Measuring 2400mm in length, this lintel supports cavity widths from 130mm to 145mm, providing reliable load-bearing performance for serious projects. Please note, the outer leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

Ideal for use in cavity wall construction where outer leaf blocks range between 125mm and 150mm in width, this lintel is suited to supporting heavy loads above window and door openings. It is especially effective on projects requiring extra heavy duty capacity and stability, such as commercial builds or robust residential developments. To optimise performance and speed up construction, it is recommended that the lintel is properly propped during installation, with blockwork built tight against the inner face. A mortar bed should also be placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to evenly distribute the load.
