The Keystone CFS/K-130 WOL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, specifically engineered to support openings with cavity widths between 130 and 145mm. It is tailored for wide outer leaf blockwork measuring 125-150mm, making it an excellent choice for builders and site managers working on substantial structural projects that demand strength and reliability. Please note, the outer leaf block should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where heavy loads need to be safely transferred above openings such as doors and windows. It supports wide outer leaf blockwork in residential or commercial builds. To maintain structural integrity and speed up build times, propping the lintel during installation is strongly recommended. Mortar bedding should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to achieve even load distribution across the lintel.
