The Keystone CFS/K-130 WOL 1050mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty support designed for cavity walls with wide outer leaves. Built to meet the needs of builders, contractors, and site managers handling serious structural openings, it delivers dependable strength for blocks 125-150mm wide. Please note, outer leaf block overhang must not exceed 25mm, and lintels should be propped during installation to maintain construction speed and safety.

Application

This lintel is engineered to provide robust support across cavity wall openings with cavity widths between 130 and 145mm. It is ideal for use with wide outer leaf blockwork ranging from 125 to 150mm. Proper installation involves placing the outer leaf block flush against the lintel flange without excessive overhang, and building blockwork tight against the lintel’s inner face. A mortar bed should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure an even load distribution, essential for structural integrity on site.
