Details

The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 900mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to support structural openings in wide inner leaf blockwork. This lintel is a dependable choice for builders, site managers, and contractors working on load-bearing cavity walls with inner leaf thicknesses between 125 and 150mm. Please note, images are for illustration only.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity walls with 130-145mm cavity widths, this lintel provides robust support over doors, windows, and other openings. To ensure structural integrity, the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm. During installation, it is advisable to prop the lintel to speed up construction and guarantee even load distribution. Mortar bedding on top of blockwork before laying floor units helps achieve optimal load transfer.
