The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel, specifically engineered for wide inner leaf blockwork in cavity widths ranging from 130 to 145mm. This 750mm lintel is ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers requiring robust, dependable support for structural openings on demanding projects. Please note, blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain structural integrity.

Application

Used primarily in cavity wall construction, this lintel supports openings where wide inner leaf blockwork (125-150mm) is specified. It is suitable for load-bearing walls requiring extra heavy duty support, such as window and door openings in residential and commercial builds. To ensure efficiency and safety, it is recommended that lintels be propped during installation. Mortar bedding on top of the blockwork before floor units are laid provides even load distribution across the lintel.
