The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 3900mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to support wide inner leaf blockwork in demanding structural applications. Tailored for builders, contractors, and site managers working on serious projects requiring robust load-bearing solutions, this lintel offers reliability for openings in cavity walls with widths between 130mm and 145mm. Please note, this lintel is designed for use with inner leaf blockwork between 125mm and 150mm thick, and the blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting lintels over doorways, windows, and other openings in cavity wall constructions where wide inner leaf blockwork is used. It is especially suitable for projects requiring extra heavy duty support, such as commercial buildings or high-load residential structures. To ensure structural integrity and facilitate faster build times, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation. Mortar should be bedded on top of the blockwork before placing floor units to evenly distribute the load across the lintel.
