The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 3750mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and contractors working with wide inner leaf blockwork. This lintel provides dependable structural support over openings where cavity widths range from 130 to 145mm, making it a practical choice for demanding build projects that require strong, reliable materials. Please note that the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain integrity.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity wall construction, this lintel supports openings such as windows and doors in wide inner leaf blockwork walls measuring 125 to 150mm thick. It is ideal for use in projects requiring extra heavy duty load capacity, ensuring stability in both residential and commercial builds. To maintain best practice, lintels should be propped during installation to facilitate a faster build and even load transfer. Mortar beds placed on blockwork before laying floor units will help distribute loads uniformly.
