The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 3000mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for builders and contractors handling substantial load-bearing openings. Specifically designed for cavity widths between 130mm and 145mm, it provides reliable support for wide inner leaf blockwork, making it a dependable choice for serious structural projects. Please note, the blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure optimal performance.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity wall construction where an extra heavy duty load-bearing solution is required. It supports wide inner leaf blockwork typically between 125mm and 150mm thick, commonly found in commercial and residential builds. Proper installation includes building blockwork tight against the lintel’s inner face and placing a mortar bed atop the blockwork prior to laying floor units to evenly distribute load. Propping the lintel during construction is advised to maintain stability and speed up progress.
