The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 2850mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed specifically for wide inner leaf blockwork. Trade professionals working on substantial structural openings will appreciate its robust support and suitability for cavity widths between 130mm and 145mm. Application

This lintel is ideal for use in cavity walls with wide inner leaf blockwork measuring 125mm to 150mm thick. It supports doorways, window openings, and other structural voids where extra heavy duty load-bearing capacity is essential. To ensure optimal performance and safety, it is recommended that the lintel is propped during installation to facilitate quicker build times and maintain structural integrity. The inner leaf blockwork should be built tight against the lintel with no more than 25mm overhang on the flange. Applying a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units helps distribute loads evenly across the lintel.
