Details

The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 2550mm is an extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered specifically for supporting wide inner leaf blockwork in serious building projects. Suited to builders, site managers, and contractors, this lintel offers reliable structural integrity where cavity widths range between 130 and 145mm. Please note, inner leaf blockwork must not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain proper support.

Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls with wide inner leaves, typically used to span door and window openings in masonry construction. It is designed to carry heavy loads safely and is recommended for use where extra heavy duty strength is required. Installation best practice includes propping the lintel during construction and placing a mortar bed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units, ensuring even load distribution and long-term stability.
