The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL is a purpose-engineered, extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel designed for builders and site managers requiring reliable structural support for wide inner leaf blockwork. Measuring 2100mm in length, it is tailored to accommodate cavity widths of 130-145mm, ensuring a strong, stable opening for windows, doors, or other structural requirements. Please note, the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to maintain performance.

Application

Ideal for cavity wall construction where the inner leaf blockwork ranges between 125mm and 150mm wide, this lintel provides robust support for openings subject to heavy loads. It is commonly used in structural walls on residential and commercial builds where extra heavy duty strength is essential. To achieve the best results and maintain site efficiency, it is recommended that lintels are propped during installation. Additionally, blockwork should be built tight against the lintel’s inner face with a mortar bed laid on top before floor units are installed, ensuring even load distribution.
