The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 1800mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered to support wider inner leaf blockwork in demanding construction projects. Suitable for builders, contractors, and site managers requiring reliable structural integrity, this lintel is designed to accommodate cavity widths between 130mm and 145mm. Please note that images are for illustration only, and the inner leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm to ensure proper load distribution.

Application

This lintel is ideal for use over doorways, windows, and other structural openings in cavity walls with wider inner leaves, typically 125-150mm thick blockwork. Its extra heavy duty rating means it can safely carry significant loads, making it suitable for serious building projects where structural reliability is paramount. To maintain construction efficiency and safety, it is recommended that the lintel is propped during installation. For best results, blockwork should be built tight against the inner face of the lintel, and a mortar bed applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to ensure even load distribution.
