The Keystone CFS/K-130 WIL 1500mm lintel is a specialist extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel engineered for robust structural support in wide inner leaf constructions. Tailored for builders, contractors, and site managers working with cavity widths between 130mm and 145mm, it offers dependable load-bearing capacity for demanding projects. Please note, the inner leaf blockwork must be between 125mm and 150mm wide, with no more than 25mm overhang on the lintel flange to ensure correct installation.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting openings in cavity walls where extra heavy duty strength is required, such as lintels over large window or door openings in residential or commercial builds. It is designed for use with wide inner leaf blockwork, providing a reliable structural element that withstands significant loads. To ensure safety and speed on site, it is recommended to prop lintels during installation, and to apply a mortar bed over the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute the load evenly.
